Williams and Sonoma has a "Quick Release" Stuffed Burger Press out now, and I was lucky enough to get one last Christmas from my mother and father-in-law. It took me some time to try it out, but the results were pretty positive.
After giving it one full run, I would recommend it. However, quick tip, cover the sides with some cooking spray before placing the beef.
Here's a slideshow of my efforts. I used 80/20 ground beef, stuffed it with taco-flavored shredded cheese, and topped it off with some McCormick Hamburger Seasoning and garlic salt. Overall, I was impressed!
