Chili's Reinvents Their Burger Lineup
In 1975, the very first Chili's Grill and Bar opened outside of Dallas, Texas. They featured a menu full of burgers, and it was what they were known for. Through the years, like any chain restaurant, they've transformed menus, decor, and everything else to stay relevant. Recently, they've rebuilt what they've always been known for, and their selection of fresh, 1/2 pound hand-formed burgers are making a name for themselves again. Within the span of three months, Lucas tried the newest version of their Southern Smokehouse Burger two times. We don't usually review chains like Chili's, but this one deserved a shot at the MBB scorecard.
